Mr. Lonergan is the President/CEO of Green Planet Group, Inc., and is responsible for GNPG's overall performance and growth strategy. Mr. Lonergan has founded and operated numerous high tech corporations, including Electric Technology Group, Inc., which was honored by Inc. Magazine for becoming the 28th fastest growing high tech company in 1992. Mr. Lonergan has the distinction of serving on the White House Small Business Committee during the Carter Administration.
Mr. Marshall has more than 35 years audit and tax experience on a wide range of public and private companies. Prior to March 1985, Mr. Marshall was the National Finance Partner for Kenneth Leventhal & Company, as well as Managing Partner of that firm's Phoenix Office for five years. His audit and tax experience include several publicly-held companies for which Mr. Marshall was responsible for all commercial banking operations, real estate development, mortgage banking, insurance issues, and building and contracting.
Mr. Moorer has been the Controller of Green Planet Group. Inc. since January 2009 and is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day accounting functions, external financial reporting and compliance with SEC regulations. Prior to joining GNPG, Mr. Moorer was employed by The Miller Group, where he served as Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer and President/General Securities Principal, respectively. Previously, Mr. Moorer held senior level positions as Controller and Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies. Mr. Moorer began his professional career with Price Waterhouse Coopers and received a B.A. from Loyola College of Maryland. He currently holds Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) series 24, 62 and 63 licenses pertaining to the sale of equity and debt securities.
Mr. Blake founded ESSI staffing in 1998, which grew from a local staffing company in Phoenix to more than $100 million in revenues and 4,000 plus employees in 39 states. From 1992 until 1998, Mr. Blake was a founder and officer of Interlink Health Services, Inc., which focused on developing claims processing software for the medical industry. Prior to that, Mr. Blake worked approximately 15 years for Cycare Systems, Inc., a medical software provider. Mr. Blake received his B.S. Degree from Louisiana Tech University and his M.B.A. from Florida State University in 1975.
Mike Dyson | President/Founder of Synergyn
Mike Dyson founded and built a lubricant and blending facility in Durant Oklahoma in 1992, and created the Synergyn Racing brand of lubricants. Since then, Synergyn has developed 63 products that are sold to approximately 10,000 customers across the U.S. Prior to creating Synergyn, Mr. Dyson distributed oil and lubrication products in 1978 and built a national sales team for PME, Inc., which was eventually acquired by a British company, Century Oil Ltd., where Mr. Dyson was V.P. of Sales through 1989.
With a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry from St. John's University in 1982, Mr. Kush joined Amsoil, Inc. and began his career in quality control and customer service. Mr. Kush then started creating formulas for new products, as well as developing new methods to analyze oil. In 1994, he left Amsoil, Inc. and became the Technical Officer for Synergyn Oil. Kevin has formulated many new environmentally friendly engine products and is now the VP of Research and Development for both XenTx™ and Synergyn products.
A Director since 2007, Mr. Bennett is currently the Secretary of State for Arizona and previously was an Arizona State Senator from 1998 through 2006 and President of the Senate during the last four of those years. Bennett also has been President of Bennett Oil Co. a regional fuel distribution company in Prescott, Ariz., since 1984.
Pat Choate | Director of Public Policy
Mr. Choate holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Oklahoma and is the author of several best selling books including the newly released, critically acclaimed “Saving Capitalism”. During the decade of the 1980s, Choate was Vice President of Public Policy for TRW Inc. a multinational high-tech conglomerate. Since making his debut on the national political stage as Vice Presidential running mate to Ross Perot in 1996, Choate has maintained an active national presence as an expert on intellectual property issues as well as a think tank strategist and political analyst. He has been a longtime Board Member of Green Planet Group and was recently appointed Director of Public Policy also agreeing to become the Company's spokesperson.
Mr. Miller has been a Director since 2006, and is currently the President of DSI Consulting with offices in Florida and New Hampshire. For more than 40 years, Mr. Miller has served in senior management roles for a number of major organizations involved with manufacturing, education, healthcare, energy, national security and the environment.
