Making Green Gold Mining a Reality

Green Planet Group’s wholly–owned subsidiary, Green Mining Technologies, Inc. (GMT), was formed to demonstrate that precious metals can be mined in an environmentally-responsible manner, while still generating substantial profits. GMT is a consortium of four leading research and development companies holding numerous patents on improving the planet’s soil, water and air, with the express purpose of significantly reducing or eliminating the negative environmental impact of past mining practices. As exclusive suppliers of their technologies for precious metal mining, all four companies in the consortium are utilized by GMT to diminish the environmental impact of ore extraction, processing and transportation, while restoring the land and the environment in and around mining sites.

Green Planet Group’s EPA Registered and Texas Certified fuel additive and engine treatments, XenTx™ and XenTx™ CB/LE will further enhance the green mining process. These products will be utilized to minimize carbon and other harmful fuel emissions typically released from the bulldozer, power generating and heavy equipment engines supporting the various mining procedures.

Breaking Ground

GMT recently acquired its first mine and signed a long-term agreement with Earth Explorations, LLC for the final development, implementation and licensing of GMT’s green mining technologies. Earth Explorations and GMT equally own all technologies developed and all revenues and profits generated from this partnership.

Located in Northwestern Arizona, the initial mine has estimated reserves of 1.44 million ounces of gold and 1.73 million ounces of silver, as reported in an independent third-party analysis conducted in August of 2009 by W M Engineering.

Looking Forward

Earth Explorations intends to utilize GMT’s patented systems to mine the gold on their other 11 mining properties. GMT’s long-term goal is to license this green technology to other gold mining companies and receive royalty payments as a percentage of the gold produced. The Company expects that the more stringent recent environmental regulations being implemented regarding mining in particular and the environment in general will greatly spur both industry and public awareness of GMT’s breakthrough technologies, thereby creating significant new revenue and income opportunities for GMT.

XenTx™

SAVE GAS MONEY!

After years of research by White Sands and millions of dollars of rigorous product testing, the revolutionary XenTx™ line of additives and lubricants will soon be coming to the marketplace for mass distribution. EPA Registered* XenTx™ Diesel Fuel Treatment has been validated to surpass the strict emissions standards of Texas and California. The product is one of only four diesel additives to have been given such approval. Third party bench and field testing has also confirmed that the use of XenTx™ additives and lubricants yield fuel savings of approximately 5%. Based on the unprecedented demand this product is likely to generate, management has chosen to make XenTx™ a separate division of GNPG.

XenTx™ fuel additives work with lubricants to harden and smooth the metal surfaces within diesel or gasoline engines. It quickly improves efficiency and fuel economy and over time, prolongs engine life and cuts service costs by reducing engine friction and heat. XenTx™ is an advanced extension of petroleum-based lubricants that are produced and marketed by oil companies and constitutes a refinement in chemistry and performance. Added directly to fuel, this product undergoes combustion that adds heat energy and enables the fuel to burn more thoroughly which improves both mileage and emission performance.

Under tight government and commercial trials, XenTx™ fuel additives have reduced particulates (black smoke) by more than 30% and NOx by 7.6% while increasing the Cetane Rating by 6-8 points. In a 2006 commercial trial, Mesilla Valley Transportation used XenTx™ Extreme Engine Treatment for just over four months (from June 1 to October 10) and found that fuel economy improved by 5.1%. Based on recent internal testing done by White Sands using the XenTx™ engine and fuel treatments together, fuel efficiency improved more than 8%, with even further reductions in Green House Gas emissions.

The marketing program for XenTx™ is focused on retail, commercial and industrial consumers. The retail channel targets the direct sale of XenTx™ through major retail chains for use in autos, trucks, RVs, boats, motorcycles and other small engine equipment found in the average household or small business. The commercial side is geared for bulk users such as long haul truck fleets, stationary diesel engines, city transit fleets, government agencies and other heavy duty on-road and off-road vehicles. Targeted industrial users include mining operations, railroads, manufacturing plants and oil refineries.

Synergyn

Synergyn products have been developed, tested, manufactured and distributed for the past 16 years from GPG's 57,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in Durant, Oklahoma, situated on a plush 5-acre plot of company-owned land. All Synergyn lubricants contain a proprietary additive developed by the company's founder, Mike Dyson, in 1992. This unique formula works with any oil as it increases film strength, virtually eliminates friction, increases engine power, improves fuel efficiency and reduces harmful emissions. The Synergyn additive is also compatible with most liquid lubricants.

Synergyn Oil currently has over 15,000 accounts in the trucking, industrial, agricultural and racing industries. The company produces a variety of private labeled products throughout the industry, the majority of which use Synergyn formulas.

GNPG's research and development arm, White Sands, continues extensive research programs for lubricants and has just finished developing and testing a new Synergen engine oil for automobiles that is expected to improve engine performance by at least 20 horsepower. Synergyn Racing Lubricants, the trade name for GNPG's racing products, are used by many of the top racers in NHRA, NASCAR and Outlaws Racing.

White Sands, LLC

White Sands, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of GNPG, providing specialized research and the development of new technology to improve the quality of products and reduce pollution effects on the environment. Through its focus on equipment performance and maintenance solutions coupled with measurable improvements in the operating costs of equipment, White Sands continues to be instrumental in keeping GNPG's products at the forefront of the "green" transportation industry.

In addition to acting as the Research and Development division of GNPG, White Sands also helps other entities achieve tangible results that drive revenue, improve air quality, and increase production and efficiency while reducing costs through concrete, measurable methods.
